Hota imports the latest automated precision production and inspection equipment from advance industrial countires such as Germany, Switzerland, Japan, and the US.
We engage these equipment in the manufacturing and assembly of precision powertrain components, including hard broaching machine, cold axial forming machine, gear grinding machine, electronic beam welding machine, carborizing and induction hardening furnaces, etc.
Additionally, we have fully integrated assembly lines that consist of both robotic arms and articulated gantry loaders. Online sensing devices and automatic correction are implemented to avoid non-conformity.
RFID is used for traceability and production history records.
